T&Cs + CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Booking & Deposit: To secure a booking, the Client agrees to pay a deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total event fee within seven (7) days from the date of booking.
This deposit is non-refundable except as provided under Section 4 (Force Majeure).
2. Final Payment: The remaining balance of the total event fee is due in full no later than seven (7) days prior to the scheduled event date. Failure to pay the full balance by the specified date may result in the cancellation of the booking, at the sole discretion of the Service Provider.
3. No Refunds for Weather or Client Cancellations: The Client acknowledges and agrees that the Service Provider will not issue any refunds in the event of cancellation due to inclement weather, acts of God, or other weather-related conditions. In the event of such cancellation, the Client will receive a credit of the deposit or full amount paid, which may be applied to a rescheduled event at the Service Provider’s discretion.
The credit must be used within six (6) months of the original event date.
4. Cancellation by Client: Should the Client choose to cancel the booking for any reason, the deposit paid will not be refunded. In the event that the Client cancels the booking less than seven (7) days before the scheduled event, no refund or credit will be issued.
5. Force Majeure: If the Service Provider is unable to fulfill the event due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events, the Client will receive a full refund or credit towards a rescheduled event, at the Client’s choice.
